Agadeìta

Agadeìta is the first grappa to have a territorial link with the Belluno area and that can boast the name “Grappa Vigneti delle Dolomiti.”

The name, label and packaging have been designed to tell the essence of an extraordinary territory, also thanks to the use of the “Cortina” trademark with its squirrel, granted by the Municipality of Cortina to enhance the grappa's link with Ampezzana culture and tradition.

Grappa Agadeìta is made from the distillation of the best white and red grape skins produced in the province of Belluno in the villages of Borgo Valbelluna, Cesio Maggiore and Santa Giustina. The skins from Pinot Noir IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti, Muller Thurgau IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti, Traminer IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti and Riesling IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti grapes are distilled separately in both continuous column and discontinuous systems to maximize their characteristics.

“Grappa Agadeìta” is offered in three versions:
- Agadeìta, white grappa - 70 cl, 45%vol.
- Agadeìta, barrel-aged grappa - 70 cl, 45%vol.
- Agadeìta Rara, in luxury decanter gift box, white grappa - 70 cl, 45%vol.
For Agadeìta Rara, the best grape skins are distilled mainly with discontinuous still to obtain a cuvée characterized by an even more refined sensory profile and more intense aromas.
